If you don’t like the purchased goods, you can return it to us within 14 days. You need to pack it well, attach your invoice number, your account number and send it to our address:

We recommend sending it by registered mail, whether you have any proof in case of loss or damage of the package.
Don’t you want to spend your time going to the post office and have a Zasilkovna point near you in the Czech or Slovak Republics? We can send you a label and you will deliver the package to the Zasilkovna point. Shipping costs are in the Czech Republic 60 CZK and 100 CZK in Slovakia. This amount will be reduced from the total amount to be refunded.
The goods have a warranty of 24 months, the claim can be made within 24 months of receipt of goods. The customer should claim the goods immediately after finding the defect. You can claim on the following contacts:

If you claim the goods, you do not have to return it in the original packaging. Return the goods to our address above. Depending on the defect, as a buyer you are entitled to a replacement of the goods for new ones, removal of the defect, a discount on the purchase price, or you can withdraw from the contract. Complaints must be settled within 30 days. If this does not happen, you have the right to withdraw from the contract or to choose another way of dealing with the claim of your choice.
